Is my family’s privacy protected?
Yes. We take your privacy and confidentiality very seriously. We only collect information necessary to support you and deliver your personalised plan. Notes from sessions are stored securely on encrypted systems. The professionals you work with do not keep personal copies of your data on their own devices. Notes are retained for up to two

Who are the experts I can book sessions with?
In addition to your initial consultation, members can book optional 1:1 sessions (at an additional cost) with trusted professionals from our network. This includes SENCOs, specialist teachers, anxiety specialists, occupational therapists, and mentors for young people. Many of our experts are neurodivergent themselves or have neurodivergent family members, bringing both professional expertise and lived experience.
